Established in 2020, Beekids is a product under the umbrella of DRAGOLD, founded by CEO Le Trung. Beekids is a platform that connects learning and develops critical thinking and language skills for children aged 4-10 through gamification. Applying the Montessori method and fostering interaction in learning, Beekids aims to provide the best learning experience.

The startup has overcome challenging initial steps

especially in the Edtech sector, with a long-term investment and development process spanning three years. Despite facing difficulties during various waves of the Covid pandemic and the global crisis, Beekids, led by CEO Le Trung, persevered. Le Trung shared, "There were times when the founder and the team questioned whether we should stop. The current situation posed many challenges and doubts about cash flow capacity to continue until the end of 2023 and early 2024. However, the belief in the product, in children, and the perseverance for a grand mission did not allow us to stop. We set a goal to try every day. If we can't run, we'll walk; if we can't walk, we'll crawl, but we won't stop because, in front of us, there are hundreds of thousands of small friends, thousands of teachers who need Beekids' solutions. It's also a responsibility to our partners who have collaborated with Beekids up to the present moment. More importantly, the founder and the team see the strength and uniqueness of Beekids, see the near and distant future with Beekids' business model. The past achievements are gradually paying off; therefore, we have surpassed, and in Q3/2023, we grew by 200% compared to Q1 & Q2/2023, aiming for break-even and looking ahead to early 2024."

Beekids boasts a founding and co-founding team from the late 80s and early 90s, with a passionate execution team from Generation Z. This diverse team forms a wonderful culture characterized by passion, integrity, responsibility, a flat organizational structure, and user value as its philosophy.

In July 2021, Beekids launched three Math Enrichment Centers serving 1,000 students for easy learning and practice, facilitating teachers' interaction and reducing teaching time. This initiative received positive feedback from 90% of parents and teachers, motivating Beekids to introduce the application version for various Education Centers in March 2022.

Not stopping there, with the vision and mission of helping 14 million children in Vietnam and reaching a global audience, Beekids officially launched a self-learning version accompanied by online competitions and learning festivals in June 2023. This was actively welcomed by over 5,000 teachers and 25,000 students who participated. Since then, Beekids and its team have gained a clearer understanding of their mission and path, gaining confidence to expand content and business partners, persevering together until now.

Currently, Beekids has 300,000 children participating, with an interactive community of 10,000 teachers engaged in regular teaching and learning. The platform offers over 10,000 gamified lessons and exercises, utilizing AI for personalized learning for each student. Additionally, there are more than 25 regular classes every week. To achieve these results, Beekids has made a concerted effort to build a convergent technology platform with international standard program partners and a large user community.

Beekids' education solution participated in Techfest 2023, reaching the Top 10 of TECHFEST 2023. It received the Bridge To Korea (B2K) Inbound Program Award from Shinhan Square Bridge valued at $60,000 and promotional support awards from the Droppii e-commerce platform.

Furthermore, Beekids was nominated for the 2023 Smart Education Initiative (SEI) Awards, reached the Top 5 in the Startup Wheel 2022 competition, participated in Shark Tank Vietnam, was in the Top 3 at SURF Da Nang 2023, and was in the Top 20 of Techfest 2021, among many other awards.

Future Directions of the Business:

Beekids is striving to become the school with various early skill classes for children across Vietnam and internationally. It aims to expand the community of teachers participating in classes with Beekids. Leveraging its strength in organizing nationwide online competitions, Beekids plans to collaborate with provinces to host annual competitions for children. This initiative supports digital transformation in local education, providing opportunities for more children to access international-standard cognitive development programs.

Pioneering the application of artificial intelligence specifically for teaching and learning for preschool and primary school children, Beekids focuses on the in-depth application of AI. It acts as a virtual assistant for teachers, supporting them in selecting suitable curriculum content for each clas

Beekids is concentrating on developing its core products: courses for developing critical thinking and language skills for children at different ages from preschool to primary school, a library of cognitive games, and nationwide online competitions. In addition, Beekids collaborates with B2B partners such as centers and schools that aim to digitize content and materials easily, providing them with the Beekids platform to enhance the learning experience for their students.

The ultimate goal of Beekids by the end of 2023 and 2024–2025 is to serve 10 million children globally, being recognized for its programs in skills development, math enrichment, English, and adding financial literacy and coding. Beekids is currently approaching various partners within and outside Vietnam to achieve its goal in 20 provinces in Vietnam and expand to India, Brazil, Indonesia, and Thailand.
