On the morning of November 22, the opening ceremony of Cyberfest 2025 took place at Duy Tan University. This is the first hands-on cybersecurity event in Da Nang, co-organized by DevPlus, DevSecOps Solutions Vietnam, Touch Cyber, and Duy Tan University. The event was attended by Mr. Nguyễn Viết Toàn, Director of the Da Nang Center for Innovation and Startup Support.

On the afternoon of November 18, the Da Nang Innovation Startup Support Center (under the Department of Science and Technology) held a meeting with the Web3 Tourist Association to discuss collaboration strategies, ecosystem connectivity, and the promotion of Web3 application models in the city.

On September 22, 2025, the Da Nang Department of Justice issued Operating Registration Certificate No. 01/TP/ĐKHĐ-CNTT for the Da Nang Branch of the APEC Vietnam International Commercial Arbitration Center (APEC VIAC).
