Mr. Nguyen Van Chuong, Program Manager of the Swiss Entrepreneurship Program (Swiss EP) in Da Nang.
With more than 15 years of experience in developing information technology solutions, entrepreneurship, and incubator management, he plays a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant startup environment in Da Nang through Swiss EP, making significant contributions to Vietnam’s startup landscape.

He has participated in incubating, angel investing in, and supporting numerous successful startups. Notably, one of the startups he supported successfully raised USD 16.5 million—an achievement that highlights his expertise and dedication in nurturing and accelerating entrepreneurial ventures.

Ms. April Mae V.ong Vano is currently the Head of ESG at Quest Ventures, a leading venture capital firm in Asia. She works directly with startups to drive their growth by integrating acceleration programs and support services, and she is responsible for pioneering access to key markets in Southeast Asia. She frequently leads international startup and technology delegations to the Philippines.

Ms. April holds a Bachelor’s degree in EU Studies – International Relations (Cum Laude) from Ateneo de Manila University and has been honored with the U.S. Presidential Award in O’Fallon as a Rotary International Scholar.

Ms. Le Hoang Uyen Vy – CEO of Do Ventures highly values MFast’s product distribution network, supported by a large team of consultants, as well as its data analytics capabilities, which enable the delivery of suitable products to target customers while mitigating risks such as fraud and bad debt.

She is the Chairman of Weangels Capital, a venture capital fund focused on technology startups, and the Chief Executive Officer of Vietnam Innovation Hub, an organization supporting the startup ecosystem in Vietnam. She serves as an advisor to numerous startups and regularly participates in entrepreneurship events. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Vietnam Innovation Fund.

James Tan is a Partner Manager at Quest Ventures, a leading venture capital firm in Asia. Previously, he was Co-Founder and COO of 55tuan, a NASDAQ-listed e-commerce conglomerate that expanded to over 200 cities with 5,000 employees across China. James also serves as a board member and angel investor in leading startups across Asia, including 99.co, Carousell, Carro, Ethis, Glife, and ShopBack.
