Song Han Startup Incubation Center – Songshan incubator (SHi) is one of the first private business incubators in Vietnam, established in Da Nang in early 2017 with the mission: Spreading Vietnamese entrepreneurial spirit – Nurturing entrepreneurial talents. SHi carries out 2 main activities throughout with its mission of joining hands to develop Vietnam's innovation startup ecosystem for localities and industries in order to create the best environment for talents to develop, create more startups, create motivation for local economic development,  sector economics. The second activity is Vietnam Tourism Startup with programs in the chain of training, incubation transfer, acceleration, start-up investment in the field of tourism and cuisine towards the development of human resources and entrepreneurial talents in the industry, forming new creative service industries,  increase competitiveness and effectively exploit indigenous resources.      

Songhan incubator has the strength that the participating shareholders are experts and mentors of startups with leading brands in Vietnam, all of whom share the same desire to contribute and support the fastest growing Vietnamese startup to integrate. SHi also has the outstanding favor and support of major domestic and international partners for start-up support such as PUM-Netherlands Senior Specialist Organization, Swiss EP Startup Program, BIPP cooperation program between Vietnam and Belgium, Project 844 of the Vietnamese government. SHi is also an active member of the Vietnamese innovation startup community such as 5 years as the Head of culinary tourism technology – Techfest Vietnam 2018-2022, is an official member of the National Innovation Industry Advisory Council (VSMA) and has a large network of partners supporting domestic startups such as Shark Tank, BSSC, BK Holding, Vietnam Startup Fund (SVF), major universities in Vietnam such as Hanoi Foreign Trade University,  Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (Hutech), Da Nang University of Architecture,... SHi has also built a network of 100 mentors, mentors, and partners for startup support activities nationwide.

Songhan incubator has had outstanding and leading results in developing the startup ecosystem in Vietnam and implementing startup incubation programs such as supporting the localities of Da Nang City, Hue City, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Can Tho, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh, Soc Trang,... The organization has incubated more than 68 culinary tourism startup projects, 12 of which have raised capital with a total value of over VND 30 billion. More than 40,000 students have shared creative start-up knowledge, trained more than 800 startup projects, trained more than 3500 local staff for startup ecosystem development, participated in chairing and participating in more than 14 scientific topics on innovative startups.

To have the above results for the 6-year journey, SHi has experienced countless initial difficulties, from a lack of innovative human resources to infrastructure, financial resources, and experts. With the spirit of enthusiastic, creative, continuous, and systematic work, the innovative startup ecosystem has formed, and the entrepreneurial spirit has spread to most elements of the startup ecosystem when SHi spreads its mission and knowledge transfer. SHi's incubation and startup accelerator programs have left many successful marks on young people such as Hue Lotus homestay project, Forest keeper, Beekid, Libery, Deepcare,.. especially improving the quality of human resources in the community from managers, experts to startups, students and young people   

SHi believes that entrepreneurship and innovation will be a trap to improving the quality of human resources, and bringing science and technology to life more and more effectively.
