Submission Guidelines:
All submissions must be written in English and follow the Springer LNCS (Lecture Notes in Computer Science) format, with a maximum length of 15 pages (including references). Papers will be reviewed through a double-blind process. Authors must remove all identifying information to ensure anonymity. Papers rejected in the first round cannot be resubmitted in the second round, and the author list must be final at submission.
