Da Nang Promotes Investment and Innovation Cooperation in Dubai (UAE)
On the morning of October 14, 2025, a delegation from the Da Nang Department of Science and Technology paid a visit and held a working session with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), to promote investment and foster innovation cooperation between the two cities.
As part of the 2025 Investment Promotion Program, the delegation from the Da Nang Department of Science and Technology is present in Dubai to introduce the city’s potential, strengths, and opportunities for collaboration in the fields of science, technology, innovation, and startups.

Both sides discuss cooperation to develop the innovation and startup ecosystem
The program aims to connect investors, venture capital funds, technology corporations, and international enterprises with Da Nang’s innovation ecosystem, thereby promoting investment flows, research collaboration, technological development, and knowledge transfer between the two parties.
At the event, the delegation introduced Da Nang’s preferential investment policies, innovation and startup ecosystem, and key potential sectors such as digital transformation, smart city development, biotechnology, environmental technology, and renewable energy. Representatives from DMCC and the Dubai business community expressed strong interest in Da Nang’s innovation-driven economic development model.
