As Da Nang moves forward with its vision of becoming a regional hub for innovation, technology, and international finance in Central Vietnam, the city is attracting increasing interest from investment funds, technology companies, and international partners. Alongside the development of the Vietnam International Financial Center in Da Nang (VIFC), the expansion of the high-tech ecosystem, and the promotion of cross-border innovation cooperation, the need for a strategic platform connecting the public and private sectors is becoming more important than ever.
Building on this foundation, Pre-DAVAS 2026 is organized as a strategic dialogue and networking program ahead of the Da Nang Venture and Angel Summit 2026, aiming to create opportunities for stakeholders to engage in meaningful discussions on investment opportunities, ecosystem development, operational expansion, and international cooperation in Vietnam, with Da Nang serving as the central connection point.
Pre-DAVAS 2026 is initiated and strategically coordinated by Bridgent Co., Ltd., in collaboration with Da Nang Innovation Startup Support Center and domestic as well as international ecosystem partners as part of the framework of Da Nang Venture and Angel Summit 2026.
The program is scheduled to take place from May 25–27, 2026 in Da Nang, bringing together representatives from government agencies, investment promotion organizations, investment funds, technology companies, strategic experts, and international partners interested in the Vietnamese and Southeast Asian markets.

A Practical Platform for Dialogue and Strategic Connections
At a time when many international businesses and investment funds are seeking new destinations in Southeast Asia for technology and innovation activities, Pre-DAVAS 2026 is designed as a practical platform for dialogue and collaboration between the public and private sectors, with the goal of promoting partnerships, investment, and business expansion in Vietnam.
In particular, this year’s program welcomes the participation and engagement of various investment networks, technology enterprises, and international organizations from Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, Russia, and the BRICS region, reflecting the growing international interest in the innovation ecosystem and strategic development vision of Da Nang.
Series of Activities within the Framework of Pre-DAVAS 2026
May 25, 2026 – Strategic Dialogue Session
The program will open with the Strategic Dialogue Session, featuring the participation of city leaders, representatives from government agencies, investment promotion organizations, businesses, and international partners.
The discussion session will focus on the following key topics:
- The strategic positioning of Da Nang in the regional and global landscape
- Policies and support mechanisms for international investors
- The practical implementation capacity of the technology and innovation ecosystem
- Conditions for sustainable growth and cross-border collaboration
- Practical insights from international businesses and organizations currently operating in Vietnam
On the afternoon of the same day, delegates will participate in a site visit program to the Da Nang Hi-Tech Park, Software Park No. 2, and the DSAC Center, providing an opportunity to directly experience the city’s infrastructure capabilities, technology environment, and innovation ecosystem.
In the evening, a Networking Dinner will be held for delegates, partners, and businesses participating in the program.
May 26, 2026 – Curated Business Matching
In parallel with the main activities of Da Nang Venture and Angel Summit 2026, Bridgent Co., Ltd. will organize Curated Business Matching sessions to facilitate in-depth discussions among investors, technology companies, and strategic partners regarding collaboration opportunities and operational expansion in Vietnam.
In addition to the professional networking activities, the program will also include networking events and local cultural experiences for the international delegation.
May 27, 2026 – Strategic Policy Engagement
The program will conclude with strategic working sessions involving representatives of government agencies, city leaders, and relevant partners to discuss cooperation directions, project implementation opportunities, and future investment promotion initiatives.
