In the context of innovation becoming a key driver of the knowledge economy, the demand for a space dedicated to connection, creativity, and experience for the startup community is becoming increasingly essential. The Da Nang Innovation Space project was established with the goal of developing an open ecosystem where knowledge, technology, and community converge to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in the digital era.

The project is located on Tran Hung Dao Street (between Dragon Bridge and Tran Thi Ly Bridge), An Hai Ward, Da Nang City — a strategic location with convenient connections to the city’s administrative, educational, tourism, and major economic centers. The project is planned with 15 above-ground floors and 02 basement levels, providing a total floor area of nearly 20,000m². It is envisioned as a modern, multifunctional innovation complex serving startups, technology enterprises, and activities related to research, networking, and technology transfer. Construction is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2026 and the project is scheduled to become operational in 2028, contributing to the early development of a key innovation infrastructure for the city.

Da Nang Innovation Space is designed as a modern, flexible, and multifunctional model integrating various areas for research, learning, experience, and community engagement. Facilities include interactive technology experience zones, co-working spaces, training and seminar areas, innovation product exhibition spaces, STEM zones for students, and community event areas. The project prioritizes the application of digital technologies, advanced presentation systems, smart interactive solutions, and open-space design to create an efficient and inspiring environment for working, learning, and creativity.

Da Nang Innovation Space is envisioned as a key infrastructure project for the city in the fields of startups and innovation, serving as a hub connecting technology, knowledge, investment, and high-quality human resources. The project will bring together startups, enterprises, experts, universities, investors, and the entrepreneurial community to promote research, technology transfer, idea incubation, and the development of new business models. Through training programs, exhibitions, seminars, investment networking, and startup support activities, the project will contribute to building a comprehensive innovation ecosystem, enhancing competitiveness, and driving the development of Da Nang’s knowledge economy in the context of digital transformation and international integration.
