The Launch Ceremony of the APEC Vietnam International Commercial Arbitration Center Branch in Da Nang is about to take place

On September 22, 2025, the Da Nang Department of Justice issued Operating Registration Certificate No. 01/TP/ĐKHĐ-CNTT for the Da Nang Branch of the APEC Vietnam International Commercial Arbitration Center (APEC VIAC). This marks an important step in developing a professional commercial arbitration network in the Central – Central Highlands region.

The Launch Ceremony of the Da Nang Branch will be held with the collaboration of the Da Nang Innovation Startup Support Center and Fundgo Law, and with the presence of representatives of the Da Nang People’s Committee, leaders of various departments and agencies, representatives of universities and colleges, the business community, and media organizations.

With an experienced team led by Mr. Đỗ Văn Chước – President and Director, formerly Acting Chief Justice of the People’s Court of Long An Province (now Tay Ninh), who has many years of experience in the judicial sector and commercial arbitration, the establishment of the APEC VIAC Da Nang Branch is expected to make several important contributions:

- Providing businesses, investors, and financial institutions in Da Nang with swift, confidential, and cost-effective out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms.

- Strengthening the confidence of international investors and supporting the attraction of capital flows and financial institutions to Da Nang.

- Contributing to the improvement of the legal environment in line with international practices — a core element in operating a modern financial center.

As Da Nang continues to develop and operate the Vietnam International Financial Center, the launch of the APEC VIAC Da Nang Branch not only meets the increasing demand for dispute resolution within the business community but also helps build a transparent, modern legal ecosystem towards international standards for the city’s financial and investment environment.

We respectfully invite the innovative startup community to attend the event.
