Re: Proposal for National-Level Science and Technology Tasks under the Intellectual Property Development Program, Expected Implementation from 2025

On the afternoon of October 12, 2026, the Da Nang Innovation Startup Support Center (DISSC), FUTA Land Joint Stock Company, and the Solana Foundation held an Innovation Partnership Signing Ceremony aimed at strengthening resource connectivity, promoting the adoption of emerging technologies, and expanding international cooperation across high-potential sectors.

On the morning of August 28, Deputy Secretary of the municipal Party Committee and Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Nguyen Manh Hung received and worked with Dr. Jonathan Choi, Chairman of the Sunwah Group (Hong Kong), to discuss opportunities for cooperation in innovation, finance, high-tech healthcare, logistics, and international investment connectivity.

Da Nang City has provided technology innovation funding support to Mien Trung Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and EM AND AI Joint Stock Company, with a total funding amount of VND 893 million, as part of the Opening Ceremony of the Da Nang Innovation Startup Festival – SURF 2026.

On the morning of August 19, as part of the Da Nang Innovation Startup Festival – SURF 2026, the forum “Aspiring to Build a Tech Unicorn from Da Nang” provided a platform for dialogue among technology companies, investors, experts, and startup support organizations to discuss opportunities, pathways, and the essential conditions for building high-growth technology companies capable of expanding into regional and global markets.
