About Us

The Vietnamese Young Business Association in Europe (VYBE) is a non-profit organization established to connect and support young Vietnamese entrepreneurs living, working, and starting businesses across Europe. VYBE aims to build a dynamic business ecosystem that enables the sharing of knowledge, opportunities, human resources, and capital among its members. The organization promotes multidimensional collaboration and sustainable development, accompanying the integration and global expansion of Vietnamese enterprises on the international stage.

VYBE is proud to be an official member network of the Global Vietnamese Innovation Network, the National Innovation Center (NIC), and the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam.

The Birth of VYBE

Born from the aspirations and innovative spirit of the young entrepreneurial generation of the 1980s and 1990s—individuals who have lived and worked in Europe for many years—VYBE was founded upon extensive experience in participating in governmental innovation programs and strong connections with the entrepreneurial networks of the 1970s and 1980s. The Vietnamese Young Business Association in Europe will officially be launched on February 28, 2025, at the Embassy of Vietnam in Berlin.

This event is particularly meaningful as it coincides with the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Federal Republic of Germany. VYBE is honored to receive valuable support from H.E. Vu Quang Minh, Ambassador of Vietnam to Germany. This milestone not only marks the beginning of a new chapter for young Vietnamese entrepreneurs in Europe but also symbolizes cooperation, innovation, and global integration.
